On April 11, 2025, Fourth POV, Inc. received its designation as a federally recognized nonprofit organization. It is a milestone that matters — not because of the label itself, but because of what it makes possible.
It signals that this work is not temporary. It signals that this vision has structure behind it. It signals that our commitment to literacy, storytelling, and opportunity is here to stay.

It means partnering more deeply with schools, organizations, and community leaders who are already doing important work on the ground in Hartford.
