Welcome to Fourth Healing
Because Healing Deserves Space—And So Do You
Reflect Through Writing
Participants use journaling, poetry, and storytelling to process emotions, reduce stress, and explore personal growth.
Build Emotional Literacy
Learn how to identify, express, and work through complex feelings in a safe, culturally affirming space.
Creativity as Care
Writing is not graded or judged—it’s a creative act of care, restoration, and reclaiming your narrative.
Guided by Professionals
Sessions are led by licensed mental health professionals and facilitators trained in expressive writing and wellness.

Fourth Healing
Fourth Healing offers a creative path toward emotional restoration.
In communities where therapy may be inaccessible or stigmatized, Fourth Healing provides an alternative: writing as wellness. This program offers guided sessions where participants use journaling, poetry, and storytelling to explore grief, identity, anxiety, trauma, and hope—without judgment and without pressure.
This isn’t therapy. It’s therapeutic.
Led by licensed mental health professionals, each session integrates reflective writing with gentle, culturally grounded prompts that help participants examine their emotional worlds, challenge limiting beliefs, and find release through expression.

Participants will:
-
Practice journaling as a tool for daily self-care
-
Use narrative to reframe harmful experiences and rediscover inner resilience
-
Learn emotional vocabulary and self-awareness skills
-
Share and hold space with others in a supportive, non-clinical environment
A soft place to land. A powerful place to begin.
Fourth Healing is ideal for anyone seeking peace, clarity, and healing—especially those who have been overlooked by traditional mental health systems. You don’t need to be a writer. You just need to be open to healing, one page at a time.
